If you operate a business in the EU (excluding Germany) and have a valid EU VAT identification number, you can apply for 0% VAT to be charged on your order and receive a VAT invoice by following these steps:

1. use the VAT validatorto confirm the validity of your VAT number. (We will also check it, but this step ensures that you provide us with a correct and valid number.)

2. send us an email to support@froothie.de with the following details: First name, last name, company name, detailed address, telephone number and VAT number. If the delivery and billing addresses are different, please also state this.

3. please also specify the products you would like to order, including the preferred color and warranty option (if applicable).

4. we will check the validity of your VAT number and process the order manually.

5. you will then receive the order confirmation and payment details by email.
